Well sorry to keep you waiting, but it's nice to see the sun again. Suprising what sun can do I suppose. It's more than a pleasure to be back because it's been four years? Three years? Four years? Time goes by so quickly. So we won't beat around the bush. We're sorry for the delay. We thank Bill Graham for putting on a most spectacular, I think he built the place especially for rock concerts, and we'll just keep playing.

Thank you very much. You almost feel healthy up here. This ah, this next piece is something from way back from ah, Hello. It's what you might call a touch of the English blues.

John Paul Jones piano, Jimmy Page guitar, Joohn Bonham drums, and Bill Graham's ah, the young lady ah, something to do with, we don't know who she was sorry. Thank you very much. The invisible danced. Sorry, Bonzo's bird. Attmospherically, I love you. This is a song that refers to something that affects us all from time to time. In fact, as puberty ends, as you become more and more aware of yourself and you people from this part of California have always been very aware of yourselves, as you no doubt know, and you find that you have an attraction for a dirl or boy, and you blow it cause you always blow the first one. Not very well, but you do. This is a song about the first love. The one that you leave behind, and you can never quite reach back to. It's called Ten Years Gone.

So this ah, good afternoon. At this point in the procedings we introduce to you, at close, close range, John Henry Bonham. Known to his friends as John the Devine, John the Placid. This is for ah, Dr. LArry BAdgely, who's been helping us out throughout the tour with our cuts and bruises, and abrasions. The rigors of time. To our GP, our medical man, Larry BAdgely. I haven't got his phone number but this is for you LArry.

Thank you Dr, for making that song so fast. Thanks a lot. ah Being somewhat lost for words, this is a song that should be dedicated to ah, when we, in 1960 ah, I think 68, when we first came to the Fillmore, it might have been 69, there was an amazing attmosphere about the whole of San fransisco, and all the surrounding areas. Something that we couldn't really experiance anywhere else, but in this town, and when you go back to England, dear England, you look back to California and you think about all the dreams that ah, sounds a bit mushy doesn't it? All the dreams that you had and all the dreams that everybody else had so I guess this song relates to those days, and the extensions are still with us.

When we kiss my heart's on fire, burning with a strange desire. So my darling please surrender. I think we're developing some kind of heavy elation from playing in the daylight. It's so unusual to do. It's really stimulatinf, stimulating? Push, push. This next ah, this next song refers to the ah, the careful looking after of an automobile.
